Most Rich Auntie Club merchandise is made to order. Because production begins specifically for your purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, buyer preference, or incorrect size selection.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please email lyonsliancac@gmail.com promptly after delivery.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the product and problem. We will review the issue and contact you with next steps. Eligible quality-control issues may be replaced or otherwise resolved at our discretion.

Size Selection

Sizing issues are not considered product defects. Please review product-specific sizing information carefully before purchasing.
