Each Rich Auntie Club item is made especially for you. Because our merchandise is produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer preference.

Something Wrong With Your Order?

We absolutely want to know. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly after delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the product and the problem

Once we've reviewed the issue, we'll contact you with next steps. Eligible quality-control issues may be replaced or otherwise resolved at our discretion.
